to note the reasons outlined for the transfer to the IJB of the
report at line 8 (Strategic Risk Register and Risk Appetite
Statement), the removal of the reports at lines 9, 19, 22, 26 and
28 (Financial Position Update) and the deferral of line 20 (Board
Assurance and Escalation Framework); and
(ii)         
to otherwise agree the Planner.
