and  Review of Hosted Services including
Abortion Care respectively) and their modification to Service
Updates;
(ii)         
to note the reasons for the transfer of lines 13, 18 and 30 (Out of
Hours Primary Care (GMED) Service, Improving Transitions and
Locality Planning Annual Performance Reports respectively); and
(iii)        
to otherwise agree the Planner.
