(i)       in relation to
article 2(ii) of the minute, to note (a) that a response had been
received from the Procurator Fiscal and that the Convener and Vice
Convener had responded with further questions, and (b) the
correspondence would be shared with Members; and
(ii)       to approve the
minute as a correct record.
