Content

(i)           
to approve a tender for a period of up to five years and subsequent
award of contract for Discharge to Assess Service, as detailed in
Appendices A, A1, and C of the report; and
(ii)         
to make the Direction, as attached at Appendix B of the report and
instruct the Chief Officer to issue the Direction to Aberdeen City
Council.
