(i)           
to thank the outgoing Chairs for their service;
(ii)         
to appoint Ritchie Johnson as Chairperson of the Risk, Audit and
Performance Committee for a period not exceeding three years,
commencing 30 November 2025; and
(iii)        
to appoint Councillor Lee Fairfull as Chairperson of the Clinical
and Care Governance Committee for a period not exceeding three
years, commencing 30 November 2025.
