The Convener declared an interest in relation
to agenda item 4.1 (Short Term Let (New Operator) by virtue of her
knowing the applicant. She considered that the nature of her
interest would require her to leave the meeting, therefore she took
no further part in proceedings for this item. Councillor Greig
substituted for the Convener for this item only and Councillor
MacGregor chaired.
