The Committee resolved:-
(i) to note that, in relation to the 2,343 potential new affordable homes identified for delivery by Aberdeen City Council and registered social landlord partners, officers would report back to Councillor Tissera confirming how many of these homes were to be delivered with funding agreed;
(ii) to approve the Strategic Housing Investment Plan for 2027/28 – 2031/32 as contained in Appendices 1 and 2; and
(iii) to approve the amendment to the 2026/27 SHIP programme, based on the recently agreed Strategic Local Programme Agreement with Scottish Government as detailed at 3.9 of this report.
