Purpose

This was deferred at the Formartine Area
Committee on 29 October 2024 to seek further details of the wider
drainage arrangements

Content

The Committee agreed that authority to grant
be delegated to the Head of Planning and Economy subject
to:-
 

1)   
The conclusion of the Developer Obligation payment (section 69);
and

2)   
The conditions detailed within the report, with a revision to the
conditions relating to drainage, to ensure they were robust, to
ensure that the neighbouring properties would not be negatively
impacted by the development.  It was
requested that the reworded conditions be circulated to the Members
for their information.
