Councillor Blackett stated that
she had a connection to Item 12 by virtue of having instigated the
Braemar snowgate webcam and, within her role as a Councillor,
having encouraged community councils to put up snowgate webcams;
however, having applied the objective test she concluded she had no
interest to declare.
 
Councillor Brown
stated that she had a connection to Item 12 by virtue of being the
Council’s appointed representative on the board of Ballater
(RD) Limited; however, having applied the objective test and as her
role was as an observer, she concluded she had no interest to
declare.
