Purpose

To provide the Garioch Area Committee with an
update on progress in relation to Business Services performance
indicators which support the Council Plan Priorities
2024-29.

Content

Committee agreed to provide the
following comments:-
 

1.      
consideration should be given to extending the targets for the
indicators Housing Benefit Claims and Council Tax new claims;

 

2.      
encourage the Service to provide an appropriate alternative
indicator relating to webchats; and

 

3.      
welcome the provision of more area focussed information.
