Purpose

To overrule the objections received during the
consultation to introduce pay and display parking at Burn Lane Car
Park (North End), Inverurie.

Content

Committee agreed to:-

 

1.      
consider the responses received at the public consultation stage
and note the outstanding objections contained therein; and

 

2.      
approve the making of “The Aberdeesnhire Council (Off Street Parking Order
2019, Amendment No 3 Order 2024.”

dissent.
