2.14   
Instruct the Chief Executive to formally address the Cabinet
Secretary and the President of COSLA as outlined by the Leader of
the Council following consultation with Group Leaders.
 
The Leader
highlighted the severe financial challenges faced by Aberdeenshire
Council. The persistent underfunding over the years is
unsustainable, and it is imperative to advocate for a fair and
equitable funding formula. This formula should ensure that every
council is treated justly and receives an appropriate share of the
grant.

Noted an error in the report - incorrectly repeated
savings.
