The Board granted the following applications
subject to the conditions recommended by the Police and the
LSO.

11.00am – 10.00pm off sales
 
(b) LAOCC/02480/24: 23rd January 2025 –
5th February 2025 – 11.00am – 12.00am on sales &
11.00am – 10.00pm off sales
 
(c) LAOCC/02479/24: 6th February 2025 –
19th February 2025 – 11.00am – 12.00am on sales &
11.00am – 10.00pm off sales
 
(d) LAOCC/02481/24: 20th February 2025 –
5th March 2025 – 11.00am – 12.00am on sales &
11.00am – 10.00pm off sales
 
The Board further instructed that further
applications for occasional licences shall be considered by Depute
Clerk in consultation with the convenor until such time as the
premises licence application has been received,  processed and granted.
