Purpose

An Asset Transfer request has been received
for the former Waste Depot on Johnston Street, Laurencekirk. The
Kincardine and Mearns Area Committee are required to determine the
request.

Content

Committee agreed to refer the Asset Transfer
request from Laurencekirk Memorial Group for a 30 year lease of the
former Waste Depot on Johnston Street, Laurencekirk; and charge a
yearly rental of £250 to offset the potential financial loss
to the Council to Business Services Committee for
determination.
