In accordance with the Councillors’ Code
of Conduct the following declarations were made:
 
Item 5
Councillor Dickinson declared an interest by
virtue of being an elder of the Fetteresso Church, Bath Street,
Stonehaven and would therefore leave the room for the duration of
the item.
 
Councillor Turner made a transparency
statement by virtue of knowing the applicant from community groups,
however the connection was not substantial and having applied the
objective test he concluded that there was no interest to
declare. 
 
Item 7
Councillor Dickinson made a transparency
statement by virtue of being the recipient of a care and repair
grant many years ago due to a family accident. As the connection
was remote and insignificant and having applied the objective test
she concluded that there was no interest to declare. 
 
Councillor Evison made a transparency
statement by virtue of being the Chair of NHS Grampian, however
having applied the objective test she concluded that there was no
interest to declare.
