Committee agreed to provide the following
comments to Communities Committee for consideration:
 

·        
Include an explanation/definition in the report to Communities
Committee of what ‘core service’ covers.

·        
Take on board full data and usage of current libraries

·        
Seek assurance that library service provision disruption will be
kept to a minimum during the review.

·        
Acknowledge the local engagement work undertaken in communities
affected which aligned with place planning principles.

·        
Note that the review could be an opportunity to enhance library
provision along the coastal strip.
