To provide the
following comment in relation to the Draft Place Information and
Delivery Team Strategy 2025-2030:
 
The Scottish Index
of Multiple Deprivation (SIMD) focuses on economic deprivation and
doesn’t account for the geographic access indicator. It was
very important to consider the geographic access elements of the
SIMD given the rurality of Aberdeenshire, particularly in Ward 15
and the Marr Area.
