That the concerns of
the Committee be expressed to the Planning Service in respect of
how biodiversity gain is secured over time in a sustainable manner.
In addition, further information to be sought to address specific
concerns raised in relation to the sustainability of biodiversity
enhancements in housing developments, particularly regarding the
long-term maintenance and enforcement of these
enhancements.
