Apologies:   Councillors J Crawley, G Hall, L McWhinnie and Tracey Smith   Declarations of Interest:   Cllr Sutherland declared an interest in respect of Item 10 due to the business interest; having applied the objective test, he concluded he would leave the meeting for this item and take no part in the discussion.   Cllr Cox made a transparency statement in respect of Item 10 by virtue of being a Council Director of Visit Aberdeenshire however having applied the objective test he had concluded that he had no interest to declare.   Cllr Blackett made a transparency statement in respect of Item 10 by virtue of being a joint holder of a short term let licence however having applied the objective test she had concluded that she had no interest to declare.
