Content

Committee agreed that authority to
grant Full Planning Permission be delegated to the Head of Planning
and Economy subject to appropriate conditions on the grounds
that:
 

1.              
The layout, siting and design and materials proposed are considered
to be acceptable;
 

2.              
Built Heritage has not objected to the application; and
 

3.              
The proposal would contribute to theviability of a local business,
provide economic benefits to the area 
and safeguard the provision of jobs.
 
The application is therefore considered to
comply with ALDP 2023 Policy 1, Policy 3, and NPF4 Policy
14.
