1.  To
note the items of outstanding business at 28 January
2025; 

2.  To request 
Economic Development Officers be invited to the informal
     
Session on Macduff Aquarium (Item 3) 

3.  Not to dismiss Item 5, and to request
an informal session with Officers
   
providing a Banff & Buchan context to the briefing note
previously     provided on
capping and removal of streetlights and to provide     information in relation to planned
replacement and non-replacement in     advance of the session.
