In
accordance with the Councillors’ Code of Conduct the
following transparency statements were made:-
 

Item 6 –       Cllr Gifford as he knows
some of the representees but indicated that he had not communicated
with them on matters relating to the application;

                    
Cllr Whyte as she knew the applicant and one of the objectors in a
former business capacity, but had not discussed the application
with them;

 

Item 8 –       Cllr Gifford as he is a
member of the North East Scotland
Preservation Trust and intended to raise a question in relation to
this organisation;

 

Item 9 –       Cllr Gifford as he knows
one of the speakers to the item through a local running club and
had discussed the process for the item with him but had made no
comment on the content of the item.

 
The
Councillors indicated that having applied the objective test they
had no interest to declare and would take part in the relevant
items.
