Councillor Nicol declared an interest in Item
4 - she indicated that she had submitted a representation to the
Local Development Plan consultation where she raised concerns and
objection to the inclusion of the OP1 and OP2 sites.  She
confirmed that she would leave the meeting whist this item was
discussed.
 
Councillor Hassan declared a Transparency
Statement in relation to Item 4, relating to a Member Promoted
Issue submitted by Ward 8 Members following receipt of resident
concerns regarding transportation concerns in the area. Cllr Hassan
noted that as those issues were separate from the Committee item,
he would continue to take a full part in considering the item.
