To agree the recommendations in principle,
subject to:
 
(i)            
a further report providing clarification on the governance
structure and decision making process for the Strategic Change
Board, and the need for a clear understanding of the Board’s
role and relationship with the IJB;
(ii)           
the identification of the short term goals and key performance
indicators for the Strategic Change Board for 2025/26, including
what is expected to be delivered in 2025/26;
(iii)         
addressing the implications of the Strategic Change Board on senior
staff and the wider workforce, including capacity and workload
considerations in the transformation process.
