Agreed the appointment of Steven Lindsay as
Chair for a further period of two years;
 
Thanked Angie Mutch for her work and support
of the Clinical and Adult Social Work Governance Committee in the
role of Vice-Chair;
 
Agreed to defer consideration of the
appointment of a Vice-Chair in the meantime.
