The Chair welcomed the three new stakeholder members
to the meeting.
 
Councillor Baillie had an interest in
Item 16 by virtue of being employed by a care sector company,
Community Integrated Care. Having considered the objective test he
had concluded that he would leave the meeting and take no part in
the item.
 
Susan Webb made a transparency
statement in respect of Item 15 by virtue of managing an SDS grant
on behalf of a relative from Aberdeenshire. Having applied the
objective test she had concluded that she had no interest to
declare and would remain and participate.
