Purpose

This report will introduce the draft Strategic
Plan 2025-2035 for IJB to review and the board will be asked to
agree formal consultation on the draft Strategic Plan to
commence.

Content

Amend the title of this report on the agenda
to “Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership Draft
Priorities 2025-2035”.
 
1.1 
to note the proposed priorities which will be further developed,
taking cognisance of alignment with other relevant ongoing work,
including the Recovery Plan;
1.2 
To note the proposed timescale for the development of the Strategic
Plan 2025-2035; and
1.3 
To note that a further report will be presented to the IJB once the
ongoing work has been progressed.
