Content

The Committee agreed a delegated grant
as per the Officer recommendations subject to amendment of the
wording of condition 4 to improve the context and
understanding.
 
The Committee further agreed to request
that Officers encourage the developers to engage with the Community
Council prior to the submission of the Matters Specified in
Conditions application.
