Purpose

Committee is asked to note and provide
comments on the Proposed Development Plan Scheme. This statutory
document sets out the timetable for the production proposed Local
Development Plan and within a Participation Statement the public
and stakeholder engagement that will be undertaken in the period
May 2025 to May 2026. Following public consultation the amended
Development Plan Scheme will be presented for final consideration
and approval to Infrastructure Services Committee on 15 March
2025.
