The Committee agreed to provide the following
comments to the Infrastructure and Environment Service:
 

·      
Greater engagement with communities required, sharing of knowledge
and highlighting importance of the LDP, ensuring information issued
is clear and understandable and timescales for engagement are
realistic.

·      
Masterplanning process –
opportunity to improve the previous process, engagement undertaken
with all interested parties and assistance provided to ensure Plans
are deliverable.

·      
Bio-diversity impacts to be considered and relevant groups
consulted.
