The Committee provided the following
comments:
 
a)   
Are we working with our communities to ensure that any local plans
are taken cognisance of?
b)   
Many local groups have participated but have found it an onerous
task, it would be helpful to know how many have taken part and
whether these groups are aware that there’s a delay with the
collation of the evidence report,
c)   
It would be helpful if community groups could be provided with
printable materials for sharing on local noticeboards etc, as not
all information sharing is digital,
d)   
It would be useful to know what engagement is being carried out
with young people and what is being done within schools.
