Cllr Nicol declared a Transparency Statement
in relation to Item 5, as she volunteers on a community project
with someone who she believes works with the developer.  However, having applied the objective test, she
concluded that she had no interest to declare and that she would
remain and take part in the determination of the item.
 
Cllr Nicol also declared a Transparency
Statement in relation to Item 10, as there was significant
reference to the Licensing Board, and she sits on the Aberdeenshire
Licensing Board which considered this paper last week.  However, having applied the objective test, she
concluded that she had no interest to declare and that she would
remain and take part in the determination of the item.
 
Councillor Johnston declared a Transparency
Statement in relation to Item 5, as the site is relatively close to
his house and business.  However, having
applied the objective test, he concluded that he had no interest to
declare and that he would remain and take part in the determination
of the item.
