Apology from Cllr N Baillie (Cllr M Grant
substituting)
 
Cllr A Evison made a
transparency statement in respect of Item 12, by way of having
previously been a representative on a group involved in this
work and, having applied the
objective test, concluded that he had no interest to
declare.
 
Cllr F Joji
made a transparency statement in respect
of Item 9, as a board member of a group mentioned in the
report, and having applied the
objective test I concluded that she
had no interest to declare.
 
Cllr S Brown
declared an interest in respect of
Item 12, as previously having been employed by Citizens Advice
Bureau, and having applied the
objective test concluded that she
would leave the meeting for this item and take no part in the
discussion.
