The Chair asked Members if they
had any interests to declare, in terms of the Councillors’
Code of Conduct.
 
Cllr I Sutherland
made a transparency statement in respect of Item 7, by way of
having family member  involved with
Opportunity NE, a partner in the City Region Deal and, having
applied the objective test, concluded that he had no interest to
declare.
 
Cllr J Whyte
made a transparency statement in respect
of Item 9, as a trustee of an
organisation that provided independent advice for Self-Directed
Support and having applied the objective test I concluded that she had no interest to
declare.
