accordance with the Councillors’ Code of Conduct the
following interest/transparency statement was made:-
 

Item 3 - Cllr Gifford indicated that he knows a
number of the representees to the application, but had not
discussed the application with them.  He
confirmed that having applied the objective test he had no interest
to declare.
