In accordance with the Councillors’ Code
of Conduct the following declarations were made:
 
Councillor Evison made a transparency
statement in relation to item 7 by virtue of being a consultee to
the Evidenece Report in her role as Chair of NHS Grampian, having
applied the objective test she concluded that there was no interest
to declare.
