Purpose

This report asks the committee to approve the
commencement of the statutory procedures required to implement the
national 20mph strategy in Kincardine and Mearns.

Content

The Committee agreed:-
 

1.   
the recommendations as per the report; and
 

2.   
to forward the following comments to the Service for further
consideration/action:-
 
a)   
Greenden Road, Stonehaven currently not
included in the map and should be - Officers to confirm.
b)   
Garron Drive – part of new development, road currently
unadopted – Officers to confirm if at adoption point it will
follow policy and become a 20mph.
