Councillor Cox declared a
transparency statement in relation to Item 6, due to his
relationship with Banff Castle and that Aberdeenshire Council have
previously provided funding.  However,
having applied the objective test he concluded that he had no
interest to declare and would remain and take part in the
determination of the item.
