Purpose

Referred to committee following Local Member
Consultation as members want discussion on NPF4 Policy 1 (Tackling
the climate and nature crises), Policy 2 (Climate mitigation and
adaption),Policy 16 (Quality homes) and Policy 17 (Rural homes,
subsection b. – contribution to local living, housing needs,
economic consideration and transport needs). Also for discussion
under Policy R2 (Development Proposals Elsewhere in the
Countryside) of the ALDP 2023.
