Cllr Durno stated that she had a connection by
virtue of having been lobbied by, and having attended a meeting
with, Banchory Community Football Club. Having applied the
objective test, she concluded she had no interest to
declare.

Cllr Chou Turvey declared an interest by virtue of
being a member of the Rotary Club of Banchory Ternan, of which
Banchory Community Football Club was a business member. She advised
that she would leave the meeting and take no part in the
item.

Cllr Ross stated that she had a connection by virtue
of having assisted residents with a flooding matter in the past and
having been lobbied by, and attend a meeting with, Banchory
Community Football Club. Having applied the objective test, she
concluded she had no interest to declare.
 
Item 6 -
Cllr Kloppert declared by
virtue of being a customer of the applicant’s business. She
advised that she would leave the meeting and take no part in the
item.
 
Item 7 -
Councillors Blackett and Brown
stated that they had connections to Item 7 by virtue of being ex
officio members of Torphins Community Council of which the
applicant was a member. Having applied the objective test, they
concluded they had no interests to declare.
