The Board further instructed officers that
should a premises licence application be lodged by the applicant,
future occasional licence applications could continue to be
determined by officers, following consultation with the Board
Convenor.  However, if a premises licence application is not
lodged, future applications for occasional licences are to be
returned to the June Board for determination by the Board.
