Purpose

This report asks the committee to approve the
commencement of the statutory procedures required to implement the
national 20mph strategy in Formartine.

Content

An error was noted whereby a stretch of road
within the Tarves settlement, running from the B999 past the new
Scotia development, was currently a 30mph speed limit but the
report had referred to this as being 40mph.
