Councillor Nicol declared a Transparency
Statement for Item 6, as she was a member of the Belhelvie
Community Trust and she sat on the Balmedie Country Park group,
both of which had received funding in the current financial
year.  However, having applied the
objective test, as no funding decisions were being made today, she
advised that she would remain and take part in the determination of
the item.
 
Councillor Hassan declared a Transparency
Statement for Item 6, as he was the Formartine Councillor
representative on the Balmedie Leisure Centre Management Committee,
which had received funding in the current financial
year.  However, having applied the
objective test, as no funding decisions were being made today, he
