Purpose

This report summarises the impact of projects
supported in year three of the commissioning strategy for Buchan
and recommends priority projects for year four.

Content

Agreed (1) to note the
additional funding allocation of £100,393.05 to distribute in
2025/26, (2) to note projects supported in 2024/25 (Appendix 1)
year three of the Buchan Coastal Communities Commissioning Strategy
2022-2027, (3) to agree the priority projects for year four
of the strategy (Appendix 2) but to ask if the reference to Crimond
Church should read Crimond Old Church, (4) to continue to delegate
award of further individual commissions to the Buchan Area Manager
following consultation with the Chair and Vice Chair of Buchan Area
Committee, and (5) the updated criteria in the Buchan Coastal
Communities Commissioning Strategy 2022-2027 (Appendix 3) and grant
guidance (Appendix 5)
