Agreed (1) to
acknowledge the current position on providing updates on the
delivery of Peterhead Community Campus, (2) to acknowledge the
activity that has taken place and proposed to take place in
relation to the Peterhead Cultural Quarter (Appendix 1), (3) to
acknowledge the Plan for Neighbourhoods briefing (Appendix 2) and
that whilst there is no requirement for this project to be standard
item within this report it is helpful to have some detail whilst
highlighting the differentiation between the various projects, (4)
to give c.aution with wording used in
reports and media reports in relation to ‘agreeing’,
‘potentially agreeing’ etc, and (5) to note that a
Levelling Up Briefing will be made available to BAC Members before
the next BAC Meeting of 13th May
