In accordance with the Councillors’ Code
of Conduct the following declarations were made:

Councillor Dickinson made a transparency
statement by virtue of being a local member and aware of the
Stonehaven promenade project, having applied the objective test she
concluded that there was no interest to declare. 
 
Councillor Evison made a transparency
statement by virtue of attending community events at Mill of
Benholm, having applied the objective test she concluded that there
was no interest to declare.
