Roads and Infrastructure Programmes of Work
2025-26 and Update On 2024-25 Works

Content

Committee agreed to

1.   
note the updates on 2024-25 works provided in Appendices B, C, D
and E;
 

2.   
approve the proposals in Appendices A, H, I, J and K for allocating
Revenue funding within their area for Roads, Bridges and Harbours,
Coast & Flooding; and
 

3.   
make the following comments to Infrastructure Services Committee on
the proposals (Appendices F, G, I, J and K for Capital funding
within their Area for Roads, Bridges and Harbours, Coast &
Flooding):
 
a)   
note the financial constraints
b)   
note the change to using a data led approach
c)   
request that in terms of transparency and information on the
programmes being available to members of the public that a
reference to the financial position be included, along with
explanation of the matrix used for prioritisation of works and an
updated glossary to explain some of the terms used.  
d)   
request that the information is broken down to be considered on a
place-based approach.
e)   
assess requirement for IIA’s.
