Councillor Nicol declared an interest in Item
5 as she had a personal connection to the applicant and their
business operated here.  She confirmed
that she would leave the meeting whilst this item was
discussed.
 
Councillor Forsyth declared a Transparency
Statement in relation to Item 6 as the applicant had written to him
prior to the local consultation being published, but this was
passed directly to the Planning Service.  He would continue to take a full part in
considering the item.
 
Councillor Davidson declared a Transparency
Statement in relation to Item 5 as she had used the kennels for her
dog from time to time.  She would
continue to take a full part in considering the item.
