in line with the recommendations within the report
 
Amendment – defer consideration of the
application pending further information in relation to:

Policy P1, Layout, siting and design, in terms of possible
additional mitigation of noise by way of further soundproofing of
the steel frame, to protect the amenity of neighbouring properties,
and
·      
Policy P2 Landscaping and NPF4 Biodiversity, in terms of
consideration of landscaping opportunities.
