Committee agreed to provide the
following comments to Communities Committee:-
 

1.      
Confirmation of the commitment to provide at least 6 hours public
access to library services in Newmachar should be provided;

2.       the
Service should progress the move to the Primary School, but a hold
should be out on any action with the library building until at
least the end of the financial year to allow any Asset Transfer to
be investigated and progressed; and

3.       if an
Asset Transfer does successfully conclude the Library Service
provision should return to the building if the charges are
agreeable
